Roadmap conducted online focus groups for an advertising cooperative that wanted feedback and insights on their television, digital and print advertisements. The focus groups consisted of three representative samples of the client’s target market and were conducted entirely online over a three-day period. The results revealed how the participants reacted to the ads, and what they wanted to see in future ads to help them make purchase decisions.
